I use the mini-blend containers ordered from oster. Perfect for small batches or one banana.

Boil a bag of carrots and blend them up..then freeze in ice cube trays...super easy and makes a lot!

After 3 kids and making food for all of them I finally have a steamer and am in love. So much easier than on the stove. Also have the glad containers, the disposable ones, and the small round is the perfect size to freeze and thaw on the go. Was tired of the ice cube tray piecs not fitting in the bowls when I was out and about.

I "cook" pears and apples in the microwave - it takes less than 5 minutes!
