Even small changes can make a BIG difference. Consider this: if every Mama of a baby in the United States used one fewer diaper wipe today, that would be more than four million wipes kept out of landfills. Try to imagine how many wipes and paper towels we would use everyday to clean up those dirty faces, hands and bottoms. If we counted the amount of Mama's with older children that number of four million would sky rocket beyond believe.

Introduce your baby to the world of greens with the help of some sweet fruit flavors. Great for babies 7 months and older. If you have a older child don't you go anywhere...This recipe can be used with older children, mixing it into Oatmeal, Smoothies, Ice Pops, French Toast mix, Pancake mix...the list can go on and on.

 Being a mother is the hardest and most confusing job I ever had. When I first became a mom I had all the insecurities that everyone has; will I know when they are sick, how much should I feed him, when is it OK to let him cry, is he progressing the way he should for that certain age. When I had my second child we had just moved to the Philadelphia area. We were living in a new city, and I decided to stay home with my boys so it made it extra hard to meet new friends. After spending the summer alone, going crazy (literally) I decided to be proactive and find a new network of friends, so I started looking into Moms Groups in my area.

I was reading through our book, HAPPYBABY: The Guide to the first 24 months and this caught my eye, it's written by Dr. Sears and the article from the surface is geared towards those new moms, but after I started reading it I found many things that can help me become more balanced throughout the day and my youngest is 3 years old!

Finding the right pacifier for you |

When my boys were babies I had no choice but to give them a pacifier, for my sanity and theirs. Both boys were BIG babies, my first was 8 lbs 12oz and my second was 9 lbs 6oz and they both LOVED to eat. I breast fed both boys and in the beginning they wanted to eat non stop.
