Julie Scharnhorst: Operations and Sustainability Manager
BioJulieJulie joined HAPPYFAMILY full-time in June 2010 after spending the past year in Copenhagen, Denmark where she studied at Copenhagen Business School and worked at a consulting firm specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility.


Julie holds a B.A. in International Political Economy and a MTE in Education. She recently completed an MBA in Sustainable Business from Bainbridge Graduate Institute. Prior to coming to Happy Baby, Julie spent several years working as an educator and administrator at for and non-profit organizations throughout the Western United States.

Julie comes to HAPPYFAMILY with a passion for promoting sustainable agriculture and children's health. Julie currenly lives in Seattle with her husband Eric and spends her free time traveling and playing in the outdoors.
