Helen joined HAPPYBABY at the beginning of 2006. She has spent over 20 years
in marketing, promotion and sales development. Helen was Marketing & Promotion Director of TIME Atlantic, based in London,
with responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She worked on the start-up of Discover magazine and organized
and directed TIME's custom publishing creative services group. Helen handled TIME's Statue of Liberty Bicentennial
sponsorship (which raised $250,000 for the |

renovation) and its Olympic sponsorships internationally.
As a consultant, Helen has worked with Fortune 500, financial services and nonprofit
clients on a variety of projects ranging from strategic planning to product introductions and communications, both
print and electronic. She has conducted marketing workshops for Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) and served
on the Board of Directors of the Financial Women's Association (FWA) for several years. |

Helen earned her undergraduate degree in political science at
Smith College. Helen wishes HAPPYBABY had been around when her daughter was a baby and she was
working full-time. She is looking forward to feeding HAPPYBABY to her grandchildren.
