Emily has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Business and Food Industry Management
from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She was selected for Cornell's Food Marketing Fellows Program, an honors program offering in-depth study
of the food industry in the U.S. and Europe.

While at Cornell, Emily was an officer in the university's chapter of "Habitat for Humanity", organizing fundraising events and construction projects.
Emily is originally from New Hampshire, where she worked on a blueberry farm. Emily was raised on homemade baby food and she loves to cook. |
